3. Consumers

If you are a consumer submitting an inquiry:

• your submission represents an expression of interest only
• you are not obligated to purchase any service
• Moving SOS does not guarantee service availability, pricing, or outcomes

Your inquiry may be shared with one or more service providers or buyers consistent with our Privacy Policy.

4. Buyers & Suppliers

If you are a business using the Services to buy or supply leads, calls, or other traffic, your relationship with Moving SOS is governed by separate agreements, which may include:

• Buyer Terms (click-through or signed)
• Supplier / Master Supply Agreements
• Insertion Orders
• Applicable exhibits or policies

In the event of a conflict, those agreements control over these Terms.

5. Communications (SMS & Email)

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive transactional and operational communications from Moving SOS related to:

• your quote request or inquiry
• accounts
• campaigns
• payments
• service notices

You may also receive periodic platform or industry updates.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

MOVING SOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Moving SOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Moving SOS’s total liability arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed $100 or the amount paid by you to Moving SOS in the 30 days preceding the claim, whichever is greater

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moving SOS from claims arising from:

• your use of the Services
• your violation of these Terms
• your interactions with other users or consumers

12. Termination

Moving SOS may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for:

• violations of these Terms
• legal or compliance concerns
• operational or security risks

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Exclusive venue lies in state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
